Eligibility

You represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
License
Subject to these Terms and your purchase or subscription, OneHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software.
This license grants you the right to use OneHub.
It does not transfer ownership of the software.
All intellectual property rights remain the property of OneHub.
Ownership
OneHub owns all rights, title, and interest in:
- the software
- source code
- interface
- trademarks
- branding
- documentation
- design systems
- plugins created by OneHub
- website content
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of OneHub intellectual property to you.
Your Content
You retain ownership of:
- prompts
- uploaded files
- documents
- generated images
- generated presentations
- generated code
- workflows
- project files
except where ownership is governed by a third-party AI provider's terms.
AI Services
OneHub integrates with third-party AI providers.
These providers may include:
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- xAI
- Fal
- Replicate
- Leonardo AI
- ElevenLabs
- Ollama
- OpenRouter
- and others
Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
OneHub is not responsible for the availability, pricing, accuracy, uptime, or policies of third-party AI providers.
BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)
You may connect your own API keys.
You are responsible for:
- protecting your API credentials
- charges incurred through those providers
- complying with each provider's terms
OneHub does not assume responsibility for third-party usage fees.
Plugins and Integrations
OneHub supports plugins, MCP servers, browser automation, and third-party integrations.
Plugins may access information you explicitly authorize.
You are responsible for reviewing the permissions granted to any third-party integration.
OneHub is not responsible for software created by third parties.
Browser Automation
Browser automation executes actions requested by you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring automated actions comply with applicable laws, website terms of service, and third-party platform policies.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OneHub to:
- violate any law
- infringe intellectual property rights
- distribute malware
- interfere with networks or systems
- gain unauthorized access to services
- engage in fraud
- impersonate others
- generate unlawful content
- violate the rights of others
You remain responsible for all content generated using OneHub.
AI Output Disclaimer
Artificial intelligence can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or incorrect information.
OneHub makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, legality, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated output.
You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before relying upon or publishing it.
Availability
We strive to keep OneHub available and functional.
However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Features may change, be modified, or be discontinued at any time.
Third-party integrations may also change without notice.
Updates
Your purchase may include future software updates, bug fixes, security patches, and feature improvements.
We reserve the right to determine how updates are released and which versions remain supported.
Payments
Purchases are processed through authorized payment providers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- prices are in U.S. Dollars
- taxes are your responsibility where applicable
- payment processing is handled by third parties
Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms overrides rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- violate these Terms
- engage in fraudulent activity
- abuse the Services
- attempt unauthorized access
- intentionally interfere with our systems
Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
Intellectual Property Claims
If you believe content available through OneHub infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient detail for investigation.
Open Source Software
Certain components of OneHub may incorporate open-source software.
Those components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under applicable open-source licenses.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY
- RELIABILITY
- AVAILABILITY
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- LOST PROFITS
- LOST DATA
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
- LOSS OF GOODWILL
- INDIRECT DAMAGES
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- PUNITIVE DAMAGES
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneHub, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising out of:
- your use of the Services
- your generated content
- your violation of these Terms
- your violation of applicable laws
- your infringement of third-party rights
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneHub operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will become effective upon publication on our website or other notice provided to users.
Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
