License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, OneHub grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your personal or internal business use.
This Agreement grants a license to use the Software only. It does not transfer ownership of the Software.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold.
OneHub retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all:
- copyrights
- trademarks
- trade secrets
- source code
- object code
- user interfaces
- documentation
- branding
- updates; and
related intellectual property.
Permitted Use
You may:
- install the Software on devices permitted by your license
- use the Software for commercial or personal purposes
- create content using the Software
- connect approved third-party services and AI providers
use your own API keys (BYOK).
Restrictions
Unless expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
- copy or distribute the Software
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or resell the Software
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- remove copyright, trademark, or licensing notices
use the Software to build a competing product by copying substantial portions of its functionality or proprietary assets;
bypass licensing or activation systems;
modify or redistribute OneHub branding without written permission.
Updates
OneHub may provide updates, patches, security fixes, and feature enhancements.
Some updates may be required for continued compatibility or security.
Certain new products, premium features, or separately licensed services may not be included with your existing license.
Third-Party Services
The Software may connect to third-party services, including AI providers, cloud platforms, payment processors, storage providers, and browser automation tools.
Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
OneHub is not responsible for the operation, availability, pricing, or content of third-party services.
Bring Your Own API Keys (BYOK)
You may configure your own API credentials.
You are solely responsible for:
- securing your credentials
- monitoring usage
- complying with the provider's terms; and
paying any fees charged by those providers.
User Content
You retain ownership of the files, prompts, workflows, projects, and other content you create or import into the Software.
You grant OneHub only those rights reasonably necessary to provide licensed features that require processing through OneHub-operated services.
AI-Generated Content
The Software may generate text, images, code, audio, video, presentations, documents, or other content using AI models.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before relying on or distributing it.
Browser Automation
Browser automation features operate based on your instructions.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of automation complies with applicable laws and the terms of any websites or services you interact with.
Privacy
Your use of the Software is also governed by the OneHub Privacy Policy.
Where possible, OneHub is designed to operate as a local-first application, with project data remaining on your device unless you choose to use cloud-connected features.
Support
Support is provided at OneHub's discretion and may include documentation, updates, bug fixes, or direct assistance.
Support offerings may change over time.
Termination
This license automatically terminates if you materially breach this Agreement.
Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy or remove all copies in your possession, except where retention is required by law.
Sections relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEHUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY DEVICE, OPERATING SYSTEM, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONEHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws when using the Software.
You may not use or export the Software in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which OneHub operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the OneHub Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and OneHub regarding the Software.
